TRK Property Group was founded in Brisbane in 2009 with a vision to deliver residential and mixed-use developments that stand the test of time and make an enduring contribution to their communities. Manifesto was tasked with producing a new brand and suite of brand applications that signified a unique transition for the TRK: elevating a brand that once focussed on humble residential projects to an ambitious developer undertaking complex and aspiring projects in some of Brisbane's most sought-after locations.
